Ingredients
8–10 good-quality sausages (pork, beef, or your favourite type)
2 large onions, sliced
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional but amazing for caramelising)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)
Salt and black pepper
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with foil for easy cleaning.
2. Prepare the Onions
Place the sliced onions on the tray.
Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
3. Add the Sausages
Place the sausages on top of the onion mixture.
