Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish to form an even crust.

Layer the ingredients in order: corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.

Top with the second can of crescent roll dough, pinching the edges to seal.

Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds if desired.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

Cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve warm.

Result:
A cheesy, savory bake that tastes just like a Reuben sandwich — but even better. It’s hearty, flavorful, and guaranteed to become a family favorite!
