GEORGIA PEACH COBBLER

  1. Preheaat oven 375°F.
  2. Pour the melted butter into the center of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, not spreading the butter around the pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk and vanilla extract slowly,
  4. And stir to blend. Pour blend over butter, but do not stirring .
  5. Add brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to a saucepan over high heat. Stir constantly until sugar
  6. It melted completely and the peaches released their juices.
  7. Pour the peaches over the mixture. Don’t move.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the surface of the cobbler is golden.
  9. Serving warm
