- Preheaat oven 375°F.
- Pour the melted butter into the center of a 9″ x 13″ baking dish, not spreading the butter around the pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk and vanilla extract slowly,
- And stir to blend. Pour blend over butter, but do not stirring .
- Add brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to a saucepan over high heat. Stir constantly until sugar
- It melted completely and the peaches released their juices.
- Pour the peaches over the mixture. Don’t move.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the surface of the cobbler is golden.
- Serving warm
