Fruity Tapioca Jelly Drink
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the tapioca pearls
½ cup small tapioca pearls
4 cups water
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
For the fruity jelly
1 packet fruit-flavored gelatin (strawberry, mango, grape, or any flavor you like)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
For the drink
2 cups fruit juice (mango, lychee, strawberry, pineapple, or mixed)
1 cup cold milk OR coconut milk (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh fruit pieces (optional — strawberries, mango, kiwi, etc.)
