1. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer or spoon to beat the softened butter until creamy and smooth.
2. Add orange zest, lemon zest, orange blossom water, honey, and vanilla (if using). Sprinkle in the salt.
3. Mix until fully incorporated and fluffy.
4. Fold in edible flower petals for a floral touch, if using.
5. Transfer to a ramekin or wrap in parchment to form a log. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
