Delicious Pistachio Puppy Chow Recipe
Since I was a kid, Puppy Chow has been one of my favorite SNACKS I discovered it at a school event and have loved it ever since. In high school, I made this recipe so often that I knew it by heart. Recently, I started experimenting with different flavors of Puppy Chow, and this Pistachio Puppy Chow has become a new favorite.

Ingredients:
12 oz box of Rice 14.4 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup white chocolate chips or cream cheese chips
3.4 oz box of instant pistachio pudding mix
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
Prepare the Cereal:
Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl or a folded paper bag.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Add Flavor:
Stir in the instant pistachio pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Mix with Cereal:
Pour the pudding mixture over the Rice Chex cereal, stirring to coat the cereal evenly.
