Ingredients

For the Casserole:

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:

  2. Cook the beef and onion:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion becomes soft and translucent. Drain off any excess grease to prevent the casserole from becoming oily.
